Who can play in versus tournaments

All players who want to take part in any of versus tournaments must be registered in the database of the site. This needs to be done once independent of how many tournaments the player will take part in.

If player register on website it also means that he has accepted this "All tournament rules" and promise not to argue with TGMA about rules and decisions!

TGMA

TGMA members have power to decide all questions concerning the tournament. TGMA decision is a law and all players must follow it. Players can appeal against TGMA decision with arguments but only in gentle manner.

TGMA can answer players once a week on sunday evening. For urgent problems TGMA can answer faster.

How to enter versus tournament

Player who wants to join versus tournament must post special message to tournament registration forum thread. After that TGMA checks registration information and gives a free tournament team.

Every tournaments starts with team draft. Draft rules differ from tournament to tournament and published by TGMA in the day of registration or draft.

If all teams in tournament taken by players and there are still more players who want to join tournament than TGMA opens "wait list thread" and free team will be given according to wait list order.

Players responsibility

After player enters the tournament he takes responsibility to play games in time, be gentle with other players. After player enters the tournament he promises to free time for versus tournament games. Answer opponents requests about gamedays and game time as soon as possible.

Tournaments carrying out rules

The rules of every specific tournament are stipulated in the appendix – official rules of specific tournament. All situations that are not written in rules are decided by TGMA and website administration. Players and teams MUST ACCEPT IT without comments or discussion even if they think decision is unfair.

After games were played players have 2 hours to submit game results.

Demands for players

• Fair play.
• Dont play for time wasting when leading ingame or when in PK
• Answer quickly oppontns about time and dates of games.
• Submit game results within 2 hours after games were played.
• Genlte discussion of all problems
• Never force quit the game

Tournament schedule on group stage

Games played according to team schedule. All schedule devided into weeks. Player must play all schedule games before week end. Week starts each monday and ends every sunday. But next week games can be played on weekend before the week.

At the beginning of the week players must add opponents to friends in PS3 of Xbox360 system.

Games played as RANKED versus games with NHL rules. And game must be finished as it finishes in games.

Games are paired: 1 at home and 1 on road. Both games must be played at oncve. Pause break between games cannot be longer that 5 minutes.

Tournament games: 3 periord = regular time. 5 min overtime if regular time end in a draw. Penalty shooutout in overtime ends in a draw.

Point system: Regular time win or overtime win: 2 points, overtime loss = 1 point, regular time loss = 0 points.

Tournament schedule in playoffs

Playoff games cannot end in a draw. And cannot have ingame overtimes or shootouts.

If playoff game regular time ends in a draw, players must quit a game and start new game and play untill first goal. Player that get goal against must quit game For example: games ended 3-3. Players start new game untill 1 goal. Game reported as 4-3 OT.

Playoff series played unstill 4 wins. 1 round lasts 1 week.

If players loose connection.

Players must start a new game. And make a score by getting empty-net goals as soon as possible. Then they should wait for ingame time of a game when disconnection happened. And after that continue to play as normal.

Player responsibilities and penalties:

ingame force quit: ban from tournament

week games were not played within a week: in more that 4 games were not played in time TGMA removes player from tournament and gives a team to a new player according to wait list.

rule breaking: warning then ban from tournament

games not submitted in time: 3rd time - ban from tournament.

games submitted wrong: 3rd time - ban from tournament.

Other problems

If players have any problems they must report TGMA in a special thread.

Players must infrom TGMA why games were not played in time.

Players must report TGMA if someone break the rules or play unfair
