Final version of EHL rules was published.

Key new features of new rules:

1. Default game session time was moved a little.

2. New articles about game reports and sumbitting results

3. New rule about goalie disconnects/quits

4. Updated trade rule

5. New special playoff rule added

6.  New rules about teams that leave tournament before its end

7. Added most common team and player penalties!

Please read new updated rules. TGMA will make decisions about all problems based on published rules. TGMA decision will have final effect and cannot be reviewed!

Also we added links to threads to report to TGMA. This year they differ based on problem cases.

Teams can start EHL games on monday evening! All games that can be played before monday 1st november are illegal!
