We plan to start teamplay ladders on both platforms.

 Ladder is a small tournament where teams play on rating. No player stats, only results and ratings. Rating is counted with ELO system.

• Idea: team joins ladder and can play any amount of games within ladder period (for example 1 month). All teams start with 1200 rating. New teams can join ladder at any time.
• Possibilities: It is possible to make nation ladders.
• Dates and time: no special agreement needed. Team play simple EASHL games but if they play versus team that also plays in ladder they must submit result!
• Limits: teams can play with not a full roster. For expamle limit rule - 4 players minimum.
• Players: no need to register players for ladder. Team can play ladder games with any roster.
• It is simple: After game is played captain submit scores. Opponent captain confirms it. Thats all. 
• At the end of season there planned to be ladder huge finals.
