Okay, so we're starting the preparations for the next tournament. Basically, there will be an official Russian tournament on PS3 sponsored by EA Russia. If such a thing would be possible to do in Finland, Sweden and Germany it would be wonderful but it is just not going to happen. The question is, are we going to make national cups for all countries on both consoles? Or perhaps make national cups on PS3 and start a new huge tournament on Xbox?

I'm thinking the next European tournament will be different than the previous tournaments. Why not try to make a tournament with a long regular season, like 50 games, and then playoffs? This tournament would be around for at least 2,5 months. Xbox360 has only two Russian teams so I think most of the teams are anxious to get a tournament going soon after the christmas holidays.

PS3 idea: National tournaments (Russia, Finland, Sweden, Continental), around 10-15 teams making it between 18-28 regular season games, best of 7 playoffs. After these tournament have been played we could start a new EHL.

Xbox idea: 30 teams, 48 regular season games over the course of two months (16 jan-4 march), best of 7 playoffs (5 march-31 march). Easter holidays coming up just after the tournament has finished.
